Application of Foreign Ecolabels
In order to develop their foreign market, many domestic manufacturers are interested in applying for foreign ecolabels. Through its MRAs with other GEN members, EDF is able to offer assistance in such applications through cooperation with the other GEN member ecolabeling organizations.
Scope
EDF currently has MRAs in place with the ISO Type I ecolabelling programs in Canada, U.S., New Zealand, Thailand, Japan, South Korea, Ukraine, Czech Republic, the Philippines, Hong Kong, Isreal, Australia, China (CEC and CQC), Nordic Swan and Sweden(SSNC) through the GEN Peer Review System (GENICES).
